Mail Merge is what you need to do, using Word and Excel, to copy one row of information at a time from a spreadsheet document into a Word document. Using this Mail Merge Tutorial, you will create personalized letters and mailing labels using these two documents. Using this technique, you do not have to manually edit each letter and label over and over again, thus saving work and time.
