Here is a quick Flash Tutorial at Brown University. This Flash tutorial discusses the use of the timeline in Flash programming. The tutorial also explains how to create symbols and animate objects, and another section describes object rotation and tweened animation, which causes objects on the screen to change shape and size. Embedding of audio and music in Flash movies is also demonstrated.
